Just this past week we posted a story about singer/songwriter, The-Dream, making some bold comments to Billboard.com about never working with artist Chris Brown again. (See earlier post for the full story.) Anyway, this chump is now apologizing! Here's what he had to say:
(Disclaimer: This is a direct quote from The-Dream's myspace page, so please do not hold us responsible for all the terrible typos you're about to see. Unfortunately, everyone cannot be as well versed and grammatically correct as we are. LOL.)
“I’m Apolgzing for comments directed towards Chris Brown on Billboard.com“
“I spoke to Chris Brown and I advised him that when he made the public
statement in the September issue of Vibe Magazine I was disapointed
because we worked on his project and I thought he made comments that
were directed to me and since I’m the only public figure surrounding
my building, and the Song “Bed”. I took it as disrespect and the
media, and respected friends felt the same way.
Chris said the coments were towards another part of the situation
surrounding the song and I stand here to not defend my comments but
To take full responsibility for my classless choice of talking through
the media.”
“I apologize to Chris Brown, Mark Pitts, and Jive Records.”
WTF? Did someone go rough him up or something? Man up son!
