When Your Stylist Attacks Vol. 3

Here we have the latest installment of When Your Stylist Attacks. Our star for this installment is Lil' Boosie, who was spotted out in Florida this past weekend at BET's 2008 Spring Bling. We think this one is pretty self-explanatory, but for those of you who may be lost, we'll point out a few things:

1. The temperature out in Florida over the weekend was somewhere between 80 and 90 degrees. Why wear a sweater?

2. Coogi has not been poppin' since 1998. If you find yourself wearing it, chances are you're a lame.

3. Dude, is that a bangle bracelet with a matching watch? Are you serious?

BET's Spring Bling 2008

Over the weekend, the stars came out in groves to BET's annual Spring Bling event that went down in Riviera Beach, FL. Unfortunately, Tingy was unable to make it, but we did manage to get a hold of a few pics for ya'll. Enjoy!

Keyshia Cole

DJ Khaled, Baby & Lil' Wayne

Is it us or does Jim Jones never really seem to look clean?

Terrence J was doing his thing. We see ya boy!

You know Rocsi was there too...

Tocarra showed off her Celebrity Fit Club body -

Mike Jones (why the hell was he there?), Flo-Ryda & The Boss aka Rick Ross. One of these guys has a great career in front of him. The other two, not so much.

Webbie was there. For some reason we don't think he was looking for any I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T women however...

Chingy still hasn't found a decent stylist. How unfortunate.

Looks like Yung Berg is going to stretch his fifteen minutes of fame as long as he can -

He was there to perform with Ray-J, who's spotted here with Soulja Boy in a horrible red dress. Oops - or is that a t-shirt? Does anyone check the artists' outfits before they leave their hotel rooms? Apparently not.

You can catch all the bafoonery on BET starting April 10th...

Ato Matsumoto 2008 Spring/Summer Releases

Ato Matsumoto is back!

For all of you who may not remember the group LeVert, here's something to jog your memory. Check dude on the right:

Our condolences go out to the Levert family and friends of the family. May he rest in peace.

Enough Is Enough...

Nelly apparently thinks it's cool to have huge earrings in his ears accompanied by a shiny black tooth. Unfortunately, it's not. Somebody should've told him...

Nickelodeon's 2008 Kids' Choice Awards
Over the weekend, Nickelodeon hosted it's annual Kids' Choice Awards out in sunny California. Many celebrities were in attendance, some with their families, and some without. Nevertheless, it appeared that a beautiful time was had by all. Here go some pics:

Will Smith with two of his beautiful children

Chris Brown brought his two dancers with him...

The beautiful Rihanna was also there. What a coincidence...

Lil' Mama

Akon brought his tribe children with him - all five of them!

Jordin Sparks

Actress Nia Long with her son

Sean Kingston made an appearance. We can spot new money from a mile away...

Jermaine Dupri was there with his daughter and his boo (Ms. Jackson), who presented the first award of the night

Usher was inthe building...

... with all of Tameka's sons. Where's little Usher, you ask? Well, word on the street is that Tameka is looking for a two million dollar payday for pics of the little one. Good luck!

Remy Ma Found Guilty

Grammy nominated rapper Remy Ma awaited her fate in Manhattan's Criminal Court today as jury deliberations came to an end with a guilty ruling.

After being found guilty on four charges, including assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon - Remy was cuffed and escorted out of the court. As the door closed, she could be heard crying out, "Oh my God," as a female officer rushed to calm her down.

Remy's brother hollered out, "This is bullsh*t," as the verdict was being read. He was also escorted out of the court room. Remy's stylist cried.

Though the Bronx-bred rapper was not found guilty of coercion and tampering in a seperate nightclub incident, Makeda Barnes-Joseph and her supporters jumped for joy.

The judge denied request by Remy's lawyer Ivan Fisher, to allow her time at home before sentencing begins.

As SOHH previously reported, Remy stood trial for shooting former friend Barnes-Joseph in New York City's Meatpacking district, last July. The incident occurred after Remy discovered $3,000 missing from her purse and accused the victim of stealing the money.

A sentence date has not been determined but the rapper faces up to 25 years in prison.

25 years? Damn. When will celebrities learn that you just have to move more carefully when you're in the public's eye? This whole incident was totally unnecessary. Sometimes you have to know when to let something go. Granted, three chips is a substantial amount of money to lose, but we bet Remy would give away $3,000 right now to get out of doing 25 years in jail...

New Video: Keyshia Cole - Heaven Sent

Beautiful choice of location for this one. Thoughts?

Lupe Fiasco x Converse Chuck T's

Chuck Taylors have been around longer than we have, and they have shown no signs of slowing down. The latest rendition, the Lupe Fiasco x Converse Chuck Taylor Hi's, are part of the Product (RED) line, an initiative begun by U2's frontman, Bono, and Bobby Shriver of DATA to raise money for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The shoes come all in black patent leather, including the toe box. The outersole comes in a contrasting red.

We haven't heard of any release dates yet, or if they will actually be released, but damn these are on FIRE! Stay tuned...

Sometimes Fifteen Minutes Lasts Too Long...

As Tingy was snapping pictures last night at the Day 26 album release party, we were shocked and amazed at some of the people who actually got to walk the Black Carpet. This guy in the pic above takes the cake. If any of you remember the first season of I Love New York, then you probably remember this travesty of a man who New York named "T-Weed". Who could forget the long greasy hair, cheap clothing and overall lameness of this sorry individual - and let's not even talk about his alleged net worth of 100 million dollars (if you were worth a hundred mill, would you wear fake alligator skin shoes? I think not). Well, somebody mistakenly sent this dude an invite, because we couldn't believe our eyes when we saw him standing on the Black Carpet. Whoever worked security last night should be fired for letting a mess like this walk through the door...

Day 26 Album Release Party

Diddy's latest Making the Band project, Day 26, celebrated the release of their self-titled debut album last night at Room Service in NYC. You know Tingy was in attendance, and we got front row seats to all the action. Shout out to Patty Laurent, too - the hardest working lady in the marketing business. You're the best, Pat!

Here's how the night played out through the eyes of Tingy...

The Bad Boy Street Team was first on the scene. Props to them for enduring the cold -

Singer/Songwriter Mary Brown, who wrote Day 26's first single Got Me Going was first to hit the Black Carpet...

Vocal coach Ankh Ra a.k.a. EARS (Jokes!)

Our boy Terrence J from BET's 106 & Park was there - without Rocsi :-(

Producer/Rapper Ron Brows was also in the building. Check out the video for his latest single "Million Dollar". This dude is a problem!

Speaking of problems, blue-eyed Bad Boy solo artist Donnie Klang is probably going to outsell both Day 26 and Danity Kane...

His new single Take You There feat. Diddy is available now on itunes and is definitely a banger - especially in the club! Check out his single cover -

Super producer Seven, who produced Donnie's first single, is quite a spectacle. Dude - what's up with the feather in the ear?

Day 26 pulled up in a black Escalade...

...then hit the Black Carpet for a couple of interviews - one which included a live impromptu performance that was on point! These dudes have amazing voices -

Diddy might want to think about finding them a better stylist, though. You know where to find us!
